Can I come in without an appointment?

We cannot accommodate walk-in appointments at this time. Please make an appointment before coming to the office.

We can probably see you the same day. Check to see what times are available. If none of those work for you, send a message to your provider.

What is the best way to contact the office?

Emergencies

If you are having a medical emergency and need immediate care, call 911. Do not call the office.

Messages sent through the website, email, voicemail, or the patient portal are checked regularly but should not be used for emergencies.

We offer private texting through our privacy-compliant smartphone app.

If you are a current patient and need help getting set up, please text your name to the office number.

Telehealth appointments

How to join your video appointment

Spruce app

All telehealth appointments are conducted directly through the Spruce app. You'll use the same app for secure messaging with your provider.

If you need help setting up the Spruce app, text the office at 802.828.1234.

At appointment time

Your provider will start the video meeting at the scheduled appointment time. Simply open the Spruce app and you'll see the incoming video call.

Please be ready a few minutes before your appointment time so you're available when your provider calls.

Patient financing

Advance Care Card

North Branch Health is now accepting patient financing through the Advance Care Card.

Important note: North Branch Health has no relationship of any kind with the Advance Care Card and receives no compensation through advertising, clicks, card use, referrals, or any other means.

We have a small number of openings for ketamine therapy. For other services, we will respond if we have availability, but demand is extraordinarily high at this time.

It may take a few days to respond, and we will only respond if we are able to take new patients. There is no waiting list at this time. If you are a relative of a current patient, please mention that in the form.
